Everything was GOOD and rooms were budget and huge. Also, location was particularly good and easy, just a pleasant stroll away from a shopping mall.

Budget room, that also was modern in good condition. Location: the hotel was just off Philipines Market & Shopping Malls as well as bars. Had brunch in the Stylo Rooftop Bar, located nearby: D

My room featured a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a small kitchen that held all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, making meal preparation a breeze.

One minor downside was the slightly limited Wi-Fi speed in the evenings, which could occasionally interrupt my browsing experience. this was a small inconvenience compared to the many positives.

Some concerns with safety 🚫, basic facilities need improvement.

a) i try to call your laundry for more information but they pass me to one unit to other unit. until i fed-up. b) toilet not very clean. smelly cockroach c) unfriendly reception d) i do complain about air conditioning but there was no action e) safety not guaranteed. security guards often do not have on-site work f) most of the staff are not friendly g) I am disappointed

Wonderful Stay for Business

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the studio I was assigned. It featured a small kitchen area complete with a fridge and stove, a cozy sofa, a desk for work, and even a nice balcony to unwind after long meeting days. The daily housekeeping service kept the apartment immaculate, which I greatly appreciated. The staff at the reception were always friendly and willing to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with numerous dining options and shops right at my doorstep, making it very convenient for both work and leisure activities. It felt nice to have a home-like space to return to after a busy day.

Family suite apartment do not have cooking facilities and dresser table, poor tv plug should be changed...

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and it was the perfect choice. Promenade Service Apartment provided 4 meeting rooms that were well-equipped and spacious. The location was ideal for both business and leisure guests, with shopping malls, mini markets, and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and prompt in addressing any issues, such as the WiFi problem. a great experience for my business trip.

The only drawback was the lack of a proper lock from the inside of the room. It would have been more convenient and secure for my work if there had been a proper lock installed.

The room itself was very comfortable for me and my parents. It was big enough for the four of us, which was great. the location was also good, as it was close to shopping malls and restaurants. the staff were friendly and the necessary items were present in the room. it was a good experience.
